PATRICK MEANEY

With over 29 Years Commercial Real Estate Experience, Pat started his real estate career in 1984 at the Seeley Company now known as Colliers International in Los Angeles. During his 10 years, he was named Partner and was consistently in the top 10 company wide in production. After Seeley Company, Pat became a Partner and co owner ofJ.W. Lewis Co., Inc. based in Cerritos, California. During this time Pat continued his representation of companies and Property Owners throughout the Southern California area. This led to multiple assignments with companies looking to acquire Warehouse facilities throughout the Western United States. Pat was also involved in identifying value added opportunities for an Investment Group he was a part of. This resulted in the acquisition of 15 Industrial warehouse facilities, primarily in the Greater Los Angeles area.

In 2007, J.W. Lewis Co. was acquired by another Regional Brokerage Company, at which time Pat joined two long term business partners at PGP Realty, Inc.

During this time, Pat was also involved in starting a business (Inland Ice, Inc.) that developed into a 12 location company providing ice and water to customers through a highly automated ice house that manufactures, bags, and dispenses the product.

This business was the first of its kind to be installed and permitted in the State of California. Pat was responsible for obtaining governmental permitting and approval from the State level as well as all local agencies.

Pat has taken these experiences and created CP Realty Advisors. This company will continue to be involved is all aspects of real estate for their clients. Site selection, construction management, Real Estate Development, Seller and Buyer representation, 1031 Tax Deferred exchanges, and Investment Properties are just a few areas of emphasis.

In 29 years of real estate, Pat has been involved in over 750 transactions, with the value of the transactions exceeding $800 million dollars. His involvement has ranged from being a Buyer and Seller of his own property, developing his own properties to representing Buyers and Sellers doing the same.

Pat’s memberships include the Los Angeles Board of Realtors, the American Industrial Real Estate Association, and membership in numerous Chambers’ of Commerce throughout Southern California.
